The Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team at Amazon plays a vital role in our operations, ensuring that our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for maintaining the availability and quality of our site equipment, working closely with senior colleagues and contractors to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment
- Uphold all health and safety policies and practices
- Work on continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across a range of EU sites
You will work on a range of shifts to ensure our sites are supported around the clock, allowing Amazon to deliver at the speed we're known for. To be successful in this role, you will need to have served a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject. Additionally, you will require relevant experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, as well as advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing.
