Aircraft Compliance Officer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for ensuring our housing association property stock meets government guidelines and complies with periodic checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of gas and electrical trades to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with management teams to review services and implement improvements.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of housing compliance and auditing requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address compliance issues.
- Provide expert advice on compliance matters to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Foundation degree or level 5 industry equivalent.
- Proven experience in housing compliance and auditing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Full UK driving license.
