Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational team responsible for ensuring the compliance of housing association property stock with government guidelines and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of gas and electrical trades to ensure compliance with periodic checks
- Work closely with management teams to review services and ensure compliance
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure housing association property stock meets government guidelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and compliance
- Manage and maintain accurate records of compliance activities
Requirements:
- Foundation degree or level 5 industry equivalent
- Working knowledge of housing compliance and experience of auditing property stock
- Experience of leading a team of gas and electrical trades
- IT literacy and excellent communication skills
- Full UK Driving License
