About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Consultant to join our team at Dev2Work. As an MDM Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring data integrity, quality, and availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Execute MDM Projects: Develop and execute end-to-end MDM projects using Stibo Systems' STEP platform, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Design and Implement Data Solutions: Design and implement data workflows, match/merge logic, and data governance frameworks within the STEP MDM tool, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective MDM strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure the highest levels of data quality, consistency, and integrity by utilizing the STEP MDM tool's capabilities, and troubleshoot and resolve any MDM-related issues.
  • Provide Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members and developers, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-8 Years of Experience: Minimum of 7-8 years of hands-on development experience in Master Data Management (MDM) as a Developer, Senior Developer, or Team/Technical Lead.
  • Stibo Systems STEP MDM Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Stibo Systems' STEP MDM platform, including data ingestion, data modeling, data quality/validation, match/merge logic, internal workflows, and data syndication.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in STEP's capabilities, including data ingestion, data modeling, data quality/validation, match/merge logic, internal workflows, and data syndication, as well as proficiency in JavaScript, Regular Expressions, and XML.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
