STIBO MDM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled STIBO MDM Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Stibo Systems' Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, data quality management, and data modeling, with a minimum of 7/8 years of MDM hands-on development experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of STIBO MDM solutions to meet client requirements
  • Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and define MDM strategy
  • Provide expertise in data governance principles, data quality management, and data modeling
  • Analyze and optimize existing data processes to improve data integrity and accessibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MDM solutions with other enterprise systems
  • Deliver training and support to end-users and stakeholders on STIBO MDM functionalities
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7/8 years of MDM hands-on development experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of STEP (STIBO) MDM hands-on development experience
  • Strong knowledge in STEP's (STIBO) capabilities in terms of Data Ingestion, Data Modeling, Data Quality/Validation, Match/Merge process and logic, MDM tool internal workflows, and data syndication from MDM tool
  • Strong communication skill, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in latest Stibo STEP MDM software versions
  • Proficiency in Javascript, Regular Expressions, XML
  • Webservices Knowledge - RESTful services
  • Experience in Financial Services vertical is important, but not required
