About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Consultant with extensive experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and proficiency in the Stibo Systems' STEP MDM platform. As an MDM Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our MDM solutions, ensuring data integrity, quality, and availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Execute MDM Projects: Lead and execute end-to-end MDM projects using Stibo Systems' STEP platform, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and Maintain MDM Solutions: Develop, configure, and maintain MDM solutions to support data ingestion, modeling, quality/validation, and syndication processes.
  • Design and Implement Data Workflows: Design and implement data workflows, match/merge logic, and data governance frameworks within the STEP MDM tool.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective MDM strategies.
  • Ensure Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure the highest levels of data quality, consistency, and integrity by utilizing the STEP MDM tool's capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve any MDM-related issues, optimizing system performance and usability.
  • Provide Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members and developers.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Best Practices: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Stibo STEP MDM software versions and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7-8 Years of Experience: Minimum of 7-8 years of hands-on development experience in Master Data Management (MDM) as a Developer, Senior Developer, or Team/Technical Lead.
  • Stibo Systems' STEP MDM Platform Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Stibo Systems' STEP MDM platform.
  • Strong Expertise in STEP's Capabilities: Strong expertise in STEP's capabilities, including data ingestion, data modeling, data quality/validation, match/merge logic, internal workflows, and data syndication.
  • Latest Versions of Stibo STEP MDM Software: Proven experience with the latest versions of Stibo STEP MDM software.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Regular Expressions, and XML: Proficiency in JavaScript, Regular Expressions, and XML.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Financial Services Vertical Experience: Experience in the Financial Services vertical is a plus but not required.
