Senior Air Conditioning Project Manager Role:

WR HVAC | MEP seeks an experienced Senior Air Conditioning Project Manager to oversee the installation of air conditioning and HVAC equipment for commercial applications along the South Coast. This position is ideal for an air conditioning or HVAC engineer who has worked up to Senior Project Manager level. The successful candidate will possess strong commercial skills, with experience of estimating or tendering, and a high level of technical knowledge and a wealth of HVAC installation experience. Key responsibilities will include leading teams of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will be an ex-air conditioning engineer or similar with a strong background in commercial building services.

Requirements:

- Must have worked as a Project Manager, overseeing installations of HVAC equipment in commercial buildings
- Strong commercial skills, and experience of estimating or tendering
- Ex-air conditioning engineer, HVAC engineer or similar with building services qualifications

Benefits include car allowance, ~33 days holiday, and ~8% pension.
