This role is for an experienced MRI Radiographer with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care. You will excel in performing diverse examinations while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

You will work across multiple sites, including Wimpole Clinic, Dover Clinic, and 75 Harley Street Clinic. As a team player, you will mentor junior staff and actively engage in professional development.

Job Description:

  1. Perform MRI imaging in line with modality-specific guidelines, best practices, and legal standards.
  2. Conduct MRI safety checks, obtain informed consent, and ensure patient suitability.
  3. Administer contrast media under the PGDs and guidance of consultant radiologists and maintain accurate records.
  4. Provide empathetic and patient-focused care, especially for those experiencing distress or anxiety.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Radiography or equivalent.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in MRI, covering diverse examinations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong knowledge of MRI physics and sequence parameter manipulation.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety, Infection Control, and Clinical Governance.
  • Ability to reassure patients experiencing distress.
