About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Activities Director. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and meaningful experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a range of physical, social, emotional, and psychological activities tailored to individual needs and interests.
- Create a happy and caring atmosphere, prioritizing resident needs and promoting their privacy, dignity, and independence.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive and supportive environment.
- Accompany residents on outings, lead exercise classes, and engage in activities such as reminiscing and arts and crafts.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, as we provide full training.
- Ability to lead and organize activities, work independently, and as part of a team.
- Flexibility, hard work, and a caring attitude are essential.
