Special Needs Classroom Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN teacher to lead a class of 6-8 children with SEMH and ASD at a primary school in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about making a difference and wants to take on a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a class of children with SEMH and ASD, adapting lessons and interventions to meet individual needs.
- Manage challenging behaviour and respond to incidents of aggression and meltdowns.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff, and other professionals to provide a comprehensive support system.
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
