Job Description:
We are an incredible school looking to expand our offering and need more Teachers

Our school provision is oversubscribed each year, and we are incredibly proud to be Ofsted 'Good' aspiring to become 'Outstanding'. To be considered for this role, you would need to have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a mixed key stage 4/5 class of nine students aged 14-17 with autism
- Plan and deliver effective lessons to inspire, engage, and motivate pupils
- Lead a team of teaching assistants who help the class run smoothly
- Utilize specialist facilities such as our therapy pool and sensory rooms

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in teaching students with autism
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Clear and effective communication
- Ability to use your initiative and manage a team of teaching assistants effectively

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum. About Us:
As a Teacher with us, you will embark on our 12 week on-boarding programme completing a variety of in-house training and development courses to allow you to learn about each student and how you can best support them. You will also have the opportunity to continuously gain new skills during your career with us, whether this is learning sign language, becoming a training tutor yourself or completing NVQ qualifications to allow you to progress within the charity.
