Head of Data Opportunity

Finatal is seeking a seasoned Head of Data to join their team in Central London. As a pivotal point of contact, you will collaborate with executives to ensure the value of data-led decision-making is communicated across the organization.

This is a unique opportunity to build and implement a data strategy that aligns with company objectives and fast-paced inorganic growth. You will drive the optimization of business unit reporting, ensuring a single source of truth and seamless data transfer between units.

With a strong track record in lead or management data analytics, engineer, or head of data roles, you will own all data tools, including Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Power BI. You will also have the opportunity to build out a data team, hiring relevant data analysts to ensure no bottlenecks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a data strategy that supports business objectives
  • Collaborating with executives to ensure data-led decision-making
  • Driving the optimization of business unit reporting
  • Owning all data tools, including Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Power BI
  • Building and managing a data team

Requirements include:

  • Strong technical experience in engineering data analytics platforms
  • Experience building or managing data teams
  • Track record in lead or management data analytics, engineer, or head of data roles
