Head of Data Opportunity

Finatal is seeking a seasoned data professional to lead their data strategy and drive business growth. As Head of Data, you will be responsible for consolidating data across the organization, optimizing reporting, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Collaborate with executives to communicate the value of data-led decision-making
  • Build and manage a data team to support engineering and analytics capabilities
  • Own data tools, including Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Power BI
  • Drive the optimization of business unit reporting and ensure a single source of truth

Requirements:

  • Strong technical experience in data analytics platforms, including Snowflake, SQL Servers, Data lakes, DBT transformations, Fivetran, and Power BI
  • Experience building or managing data teams, including data analysts, engineers, and analytics engineers
  • Track record in a lead or management data analytics, engineer, or head of data role
