About the Role

NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sustainability efforts. As the Head of Sustainability Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sustainability strategy, ensuring that our business practices are aligned with the highest global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies to reduce our environmental impact and promote social responsibility
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate social and environmental risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and community groups
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sustainability leadership, with a strong understanding of environmental and social responsibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and regulations
