About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at George's Tradition. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service and kitchen staff to deliver quality food and service
  • Help develop and lead the team in an exciting and varied role
  • Assist with shift rotas, placing orders with suppliers, and completing weekly stock checks
  • Ensure cleaning is done daily and maintained
  • Supervise and positively lead a team of customer service and kitchen staff

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer service and quality food standards. You should have great communication and leadership skills, be keen to learn new techniques, and be able to share your experience with your team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing hospitality or catering environment
  • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Good level of IT experience
  • Driving license (essential for the role)
