Job Title: Assistant Manager

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Chilwell, Nottingham. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, including ordering, forecasting, quality control, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations, including ordering and inventory management
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality food and customer service
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience in a hospitality or catering environment
  • Proven management or supervisory experience
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
