Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Winner Recruitment. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail fit-out project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all trades on site
  • Ensure all site health and safety records are completed on a daily basis
  • Develop and implement project schedules and timelines
  • Monitor and control project costs
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid CSCS Black/Gold Card
  • SMSTS certification
  • Asbestos Awareness certification
  • Fire Warden certification
  • 3-Day First Aid certification
