About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at George's Tradition. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of food quality and service
  • Develop and implement effective shift rotas to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Place orders with suppliers and complete weekly stock checks to maintain inventory levels
  • Supervise and positively lead a team of customer service and kitchen staff
  • Ensure cleaning is done daily and maintained to high standards
  • Learn and grow as a leader every day, with opportunities for career development and progression
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer service and quality food standards. You should have great communication and leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

You should also have a good level of IT experience, strong organisation and problem-solving skills, and experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing hospitality or catering environment.
