Key Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Director's calendar, ensuring timely meetings and appointments.
- Email and Inbox Management: Assess, prioritize, and action tasks related to emails and other correspondence.
- Travel Arrangements: Book and organize travel arrangements, as well as process expenses.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform day-to-day administrative duties within the department, including attending team meetings and reporting updates.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide administrative cover to other teams during busy periods and holidays.
