Job Summary:
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer vehicles are fully repaired and serviced according to manufacturer standards and within agreed time frames. You will provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers regarding repairs and any additional work required. Additionally, you will guide and train each team member to improve their performance and monitor the completion of all service and repair paperwork promptly.
Salary Estimate: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
