About Us

We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong organisational skills and is able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
  • Greeting visitors and residents in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handling phone calls, redirecting messages and managing office duties
  • Organising staff lunch rotas and receiving and managing post
Salary and Benefits
