Job Description

  • Develop and implement innovative reward initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage the company's reward strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and benchmarking to maintain competitiveness.
  • Work closely with HR and senior management to shape the reward function.
  • Oversee the delivery of employee benefits programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on reward and benefits matters.

Requirements

  • A strong background in reward management within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience of developing and implementing reward strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of reward and benefits legislation and best practice.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
