Job Description
- Develop and implement innovative reward initiatives to drive business growth.
- Lead and manage the company's reward strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and benchmarking to maintain competitiveness.
- Work closely with HR and senior management to shape the reward function.
- Oversee the delivery of employee benefits programmes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Provide expert advice on reward and benefits matters.
Requirements
- A strong background in reward management within the FMCG sector.
- Proven experience of developing and implementing reward strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of reward and benefits legislation and best practice.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
