Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 qualified individual to support students' learning and development in a dynamic primary school setting.

  • Assist the teacher with lesson delivery and activities.
  • Support students with learning and development.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive attitudes.
  • Offer feedback and help students gain confidence.
  • Contribute to classroom preparation and tidying.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant with primary school experience.
  • Possess a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
  • Able to adapt to different classrooms and educational settings.


Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per year (depending on experience). Full-time, long-term contract.
