Job Role

The Global Business Development Associate role at French Selection UK presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving new business opportunities and providing sales support to internal teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth
  • Analyse sales data, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions and improve performance
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts and market research
  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of our product catalogue, applying this knowledge to meet customer requirements and drive sales growth
Requirements
  • Fluent proficiency in French, German, Spanish or Italian (written and spoken)
  • Prior experience in inside sales or export environments is highly valued
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers alike
Compensation Package
