Job Title: Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team at Mytime Active. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to a diverse range of ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver swimming lessons that are engaging, safe, and effective
  • Assess and record participant progress and provide feedback
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of participants
  • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Hold a Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent
  • Have significant work experience in a swimming pool environment
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of swimming techniques and safety procedures
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
