Job Title: Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team at Mytime Active. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to a diverse range of ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver swimming lessons that are engaging, safe, and effective
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of participants
  • Assess participant progress and provide feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and attendance
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
  • ASA or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification
  • Significant work experience in a swimming pool environment
  • NRASTC or NPLQ qualification or willingness to undertake
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
