Job Title: Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team at Mytime Active. As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to a wide range of ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver swimming lessons to a high standard, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Plan and organize swimming sessions, taking into account the needs and abilities of each participant.
  • Assess and evaluate participant progress, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and attendance.
  • Contribute to the development of new swimming programs and initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of swimming services.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
  • Have significant work experience in a swimming pool environment.
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of swimming techniques and safety procedures.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with participants and colleagues.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
