About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Construkt RS. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional service, meeting or exceeding client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Coordinate and lead regular service review meetings, aligning with SLAs and service schedules
  • Monitor performance against SLAs, driving improvement through effective reporting
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement and collaborate with the Head of Service to implement new processes and initiatives
  • Recognize potential risks related to service delivery and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a service delivery management position, preferably in a retail or technology environment
  • A strong understanding of IT service management and delivery frameworks, such as ITIL
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering customer-focused presentations and communications
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and lead teams effectively
  • Flexibility and proven ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
  • Commitment to driving a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
