Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Group in Oxford. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients to maximise customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an engaging relationship with clients to ensure they receive first-class customer service.
  • Develop tools and strategies to help clients recognise the value they are receiving.
  • Manage supplier escalations and ensure they are resolved promptly.
  • Create and manage budgets for client accounts.
  • Maintain action plans for clients and deliver regular reports to senior managers.
  • Deliver performance reports to sector managers to ensure standards are met.
  • Facilitate training to ensure clients have excellent knowledge of our systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B Customer Success/Service Delivery environment.
  • Proven track record in face-to-face client meetings and delivering presentations to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Travel Requirements:

Travel to clients will be required 1-2 times per month, with regular video calls to ensure clients receive first-class customer service.
