Job Title: Application Support Analyst SQL

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst SQL to join our team at TRIA. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a range of business systems, including integrations between applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support business systems, including small bespoke solutions and large cross-function applications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues and implement new features.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide support outside of regular working hours.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supporting MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong technical knowledge, including advanced Excel skills, SQL, and Python.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, data handling, manipulation, and correction.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including out-of-hours support and remote work.
