Estee Lauder - Beauty Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estee Lauder. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating personalized beauty experiences, and selling our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, including makeup applications and skincare advice
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product demonstrations and sales techniques
  • Contribute to the creation of an engaging and inspiring in-store experience through visual merchandising and event planning
