About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to join our team at our London, Kew store. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect skincare and beauty products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Provide personalized consultations using our latest skincare, makeup, and beauty products
  • Meet sales targets and promote our No7 offers and in-store promotions
  • Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development program
  • Share knowledge and tips with your wider store team, creating a vibrant and supportive working environment
  • Ensure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase our range of No7 skincare and beauty products
