Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our organization's strategic direction and oversee the delivery of efficient and effective services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight of business operations, ensuring sustainability through effective governance and sound finances.
  • Manage a broad range of business needs and resources, including income generation, finances, premises, staffing, and contract/grant funding compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Trustees to ensure alignment with organizational vision and mission.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
