Leisure and Wellness Officer

Responsibilities:- Plan, create, and deliver a diverse range of activities and events that cater to the unique needs and interests of our residents.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify resident preferences and tailor programmes accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and internal teams to build trust and understanding.
As an ideal candidate, you'll possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate others. Although a background in care isn't essential, being passionate about active ageing is crucial. Our comprehensive training programme, including NAPA Level 2 and progression towards NAPA Level 3, will help you excel in this role.
Requirements- Availability to work weekends, as required.
