Leisure and Wellness Specialist

The Leisure and Wellness Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, creation, and delivery of our home's leisure and wellness programme.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues. They will also have a genuine interest in active ageing for older people and be able to tailor activities to meet individual needs.
In this role, you will work alternate weekends and be required to provide person-centred care to our residents. We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including a pension scheme, employee assistance programme, and free uniform.
