About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Critical Care & Respiratory Rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background in critical care and respiratory rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a clinical caseload, completing assessments, treatment sessions, and discharge planning.
  • Provide clinical leadership and specialist occupational therapy supporting our home 1st discharge to assess philosophies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to service development initiatives and lead on evidence-based audit and research projects.

Essential Requirements

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Graduate Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience of working in a critical care or respiratory unit.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience of MDT working.
  • Evidence of helping support students or junior staff.
