The ideal candidate will provide support to the Packaging and Labelling department, enabling effective management of priorities, schedules, workload, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a multi-functional team and coordinate project activities and actions.
  • Prepare regular and ongoing reports, department, project, and KPI updates for senior management.
  • Participate, organize, and present in project review/update meetings across the organization.
  • Maintain project and department documentation, files, and tracking system to ensure compliance with internal and external Quality Systems.
  • Effectively use own and team resources by planning in coordination with project-defined time scales.
  • Manage packaging and labelling implementation from concept to launch, working with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, sterilization, quality, master data, marketing, DC, supply chain, and customers.
  • Support projects on-site as required, gaining timely responses.
Requirements:
  • Ability to project manage complex assignments and knowledge of packaging processes and materials.
  • Experience and understanding of processes within the packaging and labelling industry.
  • Professional project management qualification and 3 years' practical application experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Full driving license.

Experience in a medical/pharmaceutical context is desirable, but candidates outside this field may be considered. A good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain activities within a business environment is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable knowledge, ability, skills, and experience in packaging and graphics processes, materials, and design, as well as indirect report people management.
