About the Role:
HC-One is seeking a compassionate and organised Activities Coordinator to join our team. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that bring joy to our residents. You will work closely with the Home Manager to organise fundraising events and help our residents build confidence in socialising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activity programmes that cater to the diverse interests of our residents.
- Collaborate with the care home team to ensure seamless delivery of activities.
- Organise fundraising events to support the care home.
- Provide emotional support and kindness to our residents.
Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and IT skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Kindness, empathy, and a positive attitude.
