Graduate Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team in a busy primary school. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the teacher in delivering lessons and providing individualized support to students.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in planning and preparing lessons
- Work with small groups of students to deliver targeted interventions
- Develop and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
Requirements:
- Strong academic record, preferably in Education or related field
- Proven experience working with children with SEN
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
