Client Support Specialist - Electronic Trading

About the Role:

Laser Digital, a leading crypto business backed by Nomura, seeks an experienced Client Support Specialist to join its team in London or Dubai. The successful candidate will possess a strong blend of technical skills and client-facing experience, with a deep understanding of electronic trading environments.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with FIX messaging, Rest API, or Websocket exposure, as well as experience working with market data feeds and interrogating server logs to identify potential issues. A strong understanding of trading workflow and SQL skills are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line support to clients directly, constructively addressing their concerns and implementing fixes where required
  • Triage technical issues across the entire stack, utilizing technical knowledge to identify root causes and implement resolutions
  • Work closely with trading, sales, technology, and operations stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic trading, client support, or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and experience with FIX messaging, Rest API, or Websocket exposure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
