Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at Turning Point Scotland. As a key member of our Training and Development Department, you will provide administrative support in the organization's training and development function.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting the team in planning training calendars and schedules.
  2. Preparing and distributing training materials, including printing and binding.
  3. Monitoring and logging training attendance and participation.
  4. Administering the organization's eLearning platform and ensuring its smooth operation.
  5. Compiling reports and providing ad hoc administrative support as required.
  6. Acting as a first point of contact for our services to assist with training-related queries.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
