Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at Turning Point Scotland. As a key member of our Training and Development Department, you will provide administrative support in the organization's training and development function.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the team in planning training calendars and schedules.
- Preparing and distributing training materials, including printing and binding.
- Monitoring and logging training attendance and participation.
- Administering the organization's eLearning platform and ensuring its smooth operation.
- Compiling reports and providing ad hoc administrative support as required.
- Acting as a first point of contact for our services to assist with training-related queries.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
