About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to ensure the highest level of care
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support and guidance to residents and their families
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, particularly in relation to dementia

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual with a person-centred approach to nursing.
