Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Foreign Exchange Specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Foreign Exchange Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in our retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements and tailor their experience accordingly
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedurally and operationally
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures

Requirements:

  • Numerical proficiency, handling large amounts of cash and covering various currencies regularly
  • IT proficiency, dealing with computers and in-house till systems and ordering systems
  • Excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • Drive and vision to succeed, making a positive impact and delivering exceptional results
