About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Panel Beater/Technician to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing body components to damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition and to BSIPAS 10125 and manufacturers' standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales
  • Work skilfully and safely under pressure
  • Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers' specification
  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Be flexible in your approach
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled Panel technician who is consistently outstanding and consistently overachieves in their role by displaying professional, conscientious, organised, committed to excellence, exceptional attention to detail, and customer-focused. Ideal candidates will be ATA Qualified or have NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), however our client will also consider time-served candidates.
