We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Panel Technician to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a Panel Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing body components to damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition and to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturers' standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales
- Work skilfully and safely under pressure
- Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers' specification
- Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
- Be flexible in your approach
- Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- ATA Qualified or have NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Time served experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
