About the RoleAs a Panel Beater/Technician, you will work on high-end vehicles, planning your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales. You will work skilfully and safely under pressure, carrying out work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications. You will also work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision, being flexible in your approach and continually working to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and replace body components to damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition and to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturers standards
- Work on high-end vehicles, planning your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales
- Work skilfully and safely under pressure, carrying out work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
- Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
- Be flexible in your approach and continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
We are looking for a highly skilled Panel technician who is consistently outstanding and consistently overachieves in their role by displaying professional, conscientious, organised, committed to excellence, exceptional attention to detail, and customer-focused. Ideal candidates will be ATA Qualified or have NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), however our client will also consider time served candidates.
