About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Brookthorpe Hall School, part of Options Autism. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in preparing learning materials and running classroom activities
  • Assist in the supervision of pupils during indoor and outdoor activities
  • Take responsibility for the emotional and physical needs of individual pupils
  • Help to develop and implement personalized learning plans
Requirements
  • Appropriate Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a variety of classroom roles
  • Responsive and caring approach to supporting pupils with complex needs
