Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead our Medicines Information Service, providing expert clinical advice and leadership to our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinically-based pharmacy, with experience in managing teams, developing shared care protocols, and implementing NICE guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Medicines Information Service, ensuring high-quality delivery of pharmacy services across various specialties.
  • Develop and implement shared care protocols, SOPs, and NICE guidance, ensuring seamless integration into practice.
  • Collaborate with governance, medicines safety, and formulary teams to ensure effective patient care.
  • Provide expert clinical advice, supporting healthcare professionals and patients via the dedicated patient helpline.
