Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Intensive Home Treatment Team in Midlothian. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to patients through assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients through assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery.
- Provide cover for the Senior Charge Nurse/Team Manager in their absence.
- Hold a PVG Scheme membership/record.
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:
NHS Scotland is reducing its full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part-time staff. You may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period until your service area changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
