Job Summary:

NHS Lothian is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our Intensive Home Treatment Team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients by assessing their care needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing and evaluating these plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient care needs and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
  • Provide cover for the Senior Charge Nurse/Team Manager as needed

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
  • Post-registration qualification or equivalent experience desirable
  • PVG Scheme membership/record
